Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission, you are agreeing with this TOS.General
1. I work on commissions in order they get commissioned.
2. I will notify you when I start working on your commission.
3. Turnaround time is usually few days.
(but please be mindful that I don't take art as my fulltime job, so I might get busy with more personal stuff)
4. You are expected to pay at least half of the agreed price before I start working.
*(as I will tell you when I am about to start working, you can wait until that time to pay)
5. If you pay only half at first, we will personally agree in which part of the commission you will pay the second half - as it all depends on the type of the commission.
6. I have the right to not accept a commission.
7. I don't do refunds once I start working on your commission.
8. Notify me, if you wish to use my art for commercial use - be that prints, usage in paid games/content, ... I'll be glad to know beforehand.
9. DO NOT use any of my art to train genAI machines or claim as your own. This can permanently put you into my blacklist (and possibly other artist blacklists).Payment
1. You are expected to pay either half-half or full price.
2. I only use Paypal, Ko-fi donations and rarely Discord Nitro.Process
1. You write me in my Discord DMs and tell me you would like a commission.
2. You will describe what you would like me to draw. You can also send references for poses/clothes/...
3. You will pay a half or full agreed price once I start working on your commission. The other half (if you pay in halfs) will be discussed with your personally.
4. I'll sketch few ideas first, send it to you. You will review it, pick one/ask for alternations to be made.
5. I'll continue with drawing, there will be AT LEAST one review for each stage, so that everything is alright.
6. Once the full payment has been made and I finished the artpiece, I will send you the image in proper quality to use.
